"Andy is extremely efficient, he came and remapped my Abarth, he began by taking it for a drive, while his computer is running checking that my vehicle didn't have any alerts etc, once this was checked and he was happy that my car, he then began the update.
He then test drove it again to ensure of was running correctly.
I was then super excited to take it out for a spin.....and wow!!! A huge noticeable difference from the moment I tap the accelerator. I'm super happy with the care he took on my vehicle, nothing was rushed.
